 What you will be doing

  1. Handle calls from clients from EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
  2. Support the Client’s PC desktops/laptops
  3. Advanced shrink wrapped application support
  4. Use documentation tools
  5. Support communications software
  6. Support E-Mail systems
  7. Apply problem solving techniques
  8. Perform appropriate telephone techniques
  9. Excellent spoken & written language
  10. Prefer MCP or A+ certification
