The Recruitment Process

Interview with Company
After applying for a job, you will be required to have a telephonic interview with a Manager from our Client, both in English and the other languages that you will be required to operate in. Due to the kind of work you will be doing, the Manager will ask questions relevant to the work you will be doing.

Offer
An offer will be made to you in SA Rands both telephonically and via email. Keep in mind that all offers are in line with South African market related salaries and will be matched according to your skills and experience. In SA we talk gross salary or basic salary. This means the amount is BEFORE deductions. However, the only deductions you are required to pay, if you are on a work visa, is tax or PAYE (pay-as-you-earn) and medical aid (GetMed). It is compulsory for all employees to belong to a medical aid scheme. If you already belong to a medical aid, you will need to provide a membership certificate.

Placed in Pipeline
Should you accept the given offer; a lengthy process will begin and you will start the eventful process of immigration. An Onboarding Specialist will send you your contract and information regarding your work permit application. After you have signed the contract and sent it back to Kelly, you will then be placed in the pipeline. Remember you will be coming into the country on a limited contract, (you are restricted to working for Kelly at our Client’s site) that will be anything between 1 and 3 years.

Throughout the process you will have a Kelly Onboarding Specialist that will assist you every step of the way. Should you have any problems or queries, he/she will be the person you will need to contact.
